Compensation:  $25/hour or Based on Experience

Start Date:  Immediate Opening Schedule:  Monday – Friday ~ 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Job Description:

The Office Administrator provides administrative and accounting support to help meet the daily operational needs of the company.  This person will play an integral support role in ensuring the smooth operation of the showroom department and meeting client needs.  This position is an entry level position with opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception – Greeting walk in clients, scheduling appointments, shipping + receiving, and direct incoming calls.

  • Bookkeeping – Assisting the accounting department with bookkeeping.

  • Design + Sales – Handling inquires, processing purchase orders, preparing client presentations, ordering parts, and updating price lists.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up

  • Basic Bookkeeping knowledge

  • Effective computer skills, proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and graphic design is a plus

  • Effective time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate in a team environment
