What's a WASHLET®?
A WASHLET® is an electronic bidet seat that replaces your existing toilet seat. It offers features like warm water cleansing, heated seat, air dryer, and deodorizer for enhanced hygiene and comfort. TOTO offers various WASHLET® models fitting most standard toilets.
NEOREST® vs. Standard Toilet + WASHLET®?
A NEOREST® is a fully integrated smart toilet where the bidet functions are built directly into the toilet itself, offering a seamless, tankless design with advanced features like auto-open/close lid and auto-flush. A standard toilet paired with a WASHLET® seat provides similar bidet functionality but retains the separate toilet base and tank appearance.
Who handles the TOTO warranty?
We do! As San Francisco's only Factory-Trained Authorized Service Representative (ASR) plumbing company for TOTO, Lutz Plumbing handles all warranty claims and repairs directly. If you purchase and have us install your TOTO product, simply call us for any warranty issues – we manage the entire process.
Do you remove my old toilet?
Yes, our standard installation service includes the professional removal and environmentally responsible disposal of your old toilet fixture.
