While you wait for us
Three things to do right now.
Do what you can safely. The rest can wait until we arrive.
Shut off the water supply
Find the main shut-off valve, usually at the street meter or where water enters the house, and turn it clockwise to stop the flow.
Protect your property
Move furniture, rugs, and belongings away from water. Contain active leaks with buckets or towels until we arrive.
Document everything
Take photos and videos of the damage. Your insurance company will want documentation of what happened and the initial scope.
Emergencies we handle
When to call us.
Burst or leaking pipes
Shut off the main water supply at the house valve. Then call us. We'll get a technician rolling with the right fittings.
Sewer line backup
Stop using all drains and toilets. Keep the area clear. Standing sewage is an electrical and health hazard until we arrive.
Gas smell or suspected gas leak
Leave the building. Call PG&E at (800) 743-5000 first, then us. Don't flip light switches or start any appliance.
Water heater failure
If the heater is leaking, turn off gas or power at the unit and isolate the water supply. Replacements can often happen same-day.
Severe drain clog
Stop running water to that fixture. Repeated flushes or running faucets risks a backup elsewhere in the house.
Flooding or main line break
Shut off water at the main. Move valuables to higher ground and document with photos before cleanup begins.
