Work with our showroom or bring your designer's spec. We verify every fixture against the existing or planned rough-in and flag anything that needs re-routed water, electrical, or venting before the wall closes up.
Rough-in, done right
Luxury fixtures are won or lost in the rough-in. We set angle stops, drain centerlines, and in-wall valves to each manufacturer's exact spec. If another trade roughed it in wrong, we tell you now, not after the tile goes up.
Finish install & commissioning
Certified parts, torque-to-spec, and a pressure test on every connection. Smart fixtures are commissioned, paired with your Wi-Fi if applicable, and walked through with you before we leave.
Warranty & service, factory-backed
We handle manufacturer warranty claims for fixtures purchased through our showroom, no searching for receipts or chasing a rep on your own. Because we're direct-dealer, a warranty claim moves through us to the factory, not through a supply house you've never heard from.
